All orders are packaged using industry leading Whiplash mailers. We offer $7 flat rate and free domestic US shipping on orders $125+. All deliveries include a tracking number and free shipping insurance!*

ORDER PROCESSING
In-stock orders typically ship out within 24 to 72 hrs except on Sundays and US Holidays. Orders that contain more than three (3) copies of the same title may be limited or cancelled. Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent by our payment system will be cancelled.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders will ship to arrive as close to the release date as possible. Please check the product page for status updates. If you order in-stock items with pre-order items, all items will be shipped together upon arrival of the pre-ordered items. Please place a separate order for in-stock items if you want them to ship immediately.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International buyers are responsible for paying all import taxes and duties. We ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.

*Exceptionally large orders, box sets, or cassettes may require the use of packaging other than Whiplash mailers. The included shipping insurance provides up to a maximum of $200 in coverage. (To insure an order for more, please reach out to us using our Contact form so that we can provide you with a quote.) Flat rate and free domestic US shipping is USPS Media Mail. For faster delivery please choose a different shipping method.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
In the off-chance your item is lost or received damaged, please use our Contact form to let us know so we can file your insurance claim.

CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Orders can be cancelled up until the time of shipment. We will do our best to accommodate requests but are unable to cancel orders after shipment. Sealed, unopened items can be returned within 30 days. All unsealed recorded media is non-returnable due to copyright. Defective items are eligible for like-for-like exchange only. Please log into your account using Shop or your email address to initiate a return request. Items returned without pre-approval will not be accepted. Returns must be received within 30 days of approval.
