ORDER PROCESSING
In-stock orders typically ship out within 24 to 72 hrs except on Sundays and US Holidays. Orders that contain more than three (3) copies of the same title may be limited or cancelled. Orders flagged as potentially fraudulent by our payment system will be cancelled.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders will ship to arrive as close to the release date as possible. Please check the product page for status updates. If you order in-stock items with pre-order items, all items will be shipped together upon arrival of the pre-ordered items. Please place a separate order for in-stock items if you want them to ship immediately.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International buyers are responsible for paying all import taxes and duties. We ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.

* Flat rate and free domestic US shipping is USPS Media Mail. For faster delivery please choose a different shipping method. Purchasing express shipping does not expedite fulfillment.

The included shipping insurance provides up to a maximum of $200 in coverage. For large orders, you can purchase additional shipping insurance for up to $5,000 USD of coverage per shipment. Insurance is bought in increments of $100 USD, and the premium rates are:

• Domestic shipments: $0.89 USD per $100 of coverage
• International shipments: $1.29 USD per $100 of coverage

(USPS First Class Mail and UPS shipments to Puerto Rico are not eligible for insurance.)

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
In the off-chance your item is lost or received damaged, please use our Contact form to let us know so we can file your insurance claim.

CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES & RETURNS
Orders can be cancelled up until the time of shipment. We will do our best to accommodate requests but are unable to cancel orders after shipment. Sealed, unopened items can be returned within 30 days. Buyer pays return shipping, except for defective items. Defective items are eligible for like-for-like exchange only. All unsealed recorded media is non-returnable due to copyright. Please log into your account using Shop or your email address to initiate a return request. Items returned without pre-approval will not be accepted. Returns must be received within 30 days of approval.

All product images are label mockups unless otherwise noted. Final product may differ from product image. Variances are normal and are to be expected with colored vinyl pressings.

We are unable guarantee the playback quality of vinyl records on all-in-one record players or turntables that do not have tone-arm/anti-skate adjustment or that have an entry level cartridge/needle. Hopefully this helps: Turntable SKIPPING FIX for all-in-ones!
