ORDER PROCESSING
In-stock orders typically ship out within 24 to 72 hrs except on Sundays and US Holidays.

PRE-ORDERS
Pre-orders will ship to arrive as close to the release date as possible. Please check the product page for status updates. If you order in-stock items with pre-order items, all items will be shipped together upon arrival of the pre-ordered items. Please place a separate order for in-stock items if you want them to ship immediately.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International buyers are responsible for paying all import taxes and duties. We ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom.

DAMAGED OR LOST ITEMS
In the off-chance your item is lost or received damaged, please use our contact form to let us know so we can file your insurance claim.

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS
Orders can be cancelled up until the time of shipment. We will do our best to accommodate requests but are unable to cancel orders after shipment. Unopened items can be returned within 30 days unless marked as non-returnable. Please use our Contact form to initiate a return. Items returned without pre-approval will not be accepted.
